To create and promote an online space to gather comprehensive feedback from diverse stakeholders on MCC’s Country Ownership Workstream, ensuring transparency, inclusivity, and informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities
Led the Development and Execution of the Engagement Plan:
Designed a comprehensive engagement strategy and managed the overall timeline to ensure a coordinated launch of all consultation components.
Drafted All Public-Facing Copy:
Wrote clear and concise web, social media, and email content to explain the purpose of the consultation, encourage participation, and provide instructions to submit feedback.
Results
The public consultation campaign drew 101 stakeholder responses. The email campaign, sent to over 5,500 targeted contacts, achieved a 35% open rate and a 4% click-through rate.

MCC’s Monthly Newsletter: The Development Report
objective
To curate and disseminate a monthly newsletter that informs MCC’s partners, stakeholders, and industry contacts about key agency updates, milestones, and events.
Key responsibilities
Lead content curation and copywriting for each issue, highlighting press releases, blogs, and event recaps. Oversaw distribution via Mailchimp to a targeted list of under 6,000 contacts.
Results
Maintained an average open rate of 35% and achieved a consistent click-through rate of 4%.
