content Creation & visual strategy:
Wrote all social media copy and designed custom graphics and GIFs, creating visually engaging and on-brand content that adhered to USAID's guidelines.
strategy & Execution:
Developed and executed a refreshed content strategy that included launching a recurring "Friday Polls" series to spark interaction and boost weekly engagement. Oversaw content planning and scheduling.
performance & impact:
Monitored platform analytics and refined content based on engagement data. Achieved a 25% increase in followers and a 15% engagement growth over an eight-month period.
